Your Role:
As a Design Engineer with 6-9 years of experience, you’ll be key in designing and developing complex facade structural systems and specialty component structures. Responsibilities
- Design and analyze intricate structural systems, applying advanced engineering principles to moderate to high-complexity projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver creative, cost-effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their technical development and confidence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
- Serve as a key technical contributor, sharing insights and expertise to elevate project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; advanced degree preferred.
- 6-9 years of professional experience, including significant involvement in facade design or structural engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year
